1. Acceptance of Terms

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with php789. Creating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate Accounts registered under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address, all associated Accounts will be permanently closed, balances forfeited, and any winnings derived from those Accounts confiscated.

This restriction applies to all household members and individuals sharing the same payment method or device. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, you must notify php789 customer support immediately before depositing funds.

4. Account Security

4.1 Password and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. php789 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat.

Your password must meet minimum security requirements: at least 8 characters including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. We recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account protection.

4.2 Account Activity Monitoring

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You must immediately notify php789 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or discover any security breach. php789 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access if you failed to secure your credentials properly.

4.3 Device and Location Security

You must not access your php789 Account from public or shared computers, or through unsecured public WiFi networks. Always log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using mobile devices or accessing php789 from locations outside your residence.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

php789 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, and other major Philippine banks

5.3 Deposit Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the issuing bank's processing speed. Over-the-counter deposits are processed within 30 minutes of php789 receiving payment confirmation from the collection partner.

5.4 Deposit Limits

6. Withdrawals

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

11.2 Termination by php789

php789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive
• We suspect money laundering or terrorist financing activity
• You provide false information or fail to complete verification

Upon termination for Terms violations, all balances (including deposits and winnings) may be forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from creating new Accounts with php789.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. php789 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱200 on dormant Accounts with positive balances. Accounts dormant for 24 months with balances below ₱100 may be closed and remaining funds donated to PAGCOR-approved responsible gaming charities.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Service Availability

php789 strives to provide uninterrupted Service but does not guarantee 24/7 availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or factors beyond our control. php789 is not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability.

12.2 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. php789 does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.

12.3 Maximum Liability

php789's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12.5 Indemnification

14. Dispute Resolution

You agree to attempt informal resolution through php789 customer support before pursuing legal action. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Metro Manila under the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. rules.

15. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and php789 regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. php789's failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
